Job summary

Replika is seeking a Growth Product Manager to maximize revenue per install across app and web funnels. You will own monetization experiments, design pricing, offers, and subscription flows, and work with product, engineering, and the CEO to drive rapid results.

You will lead end-to-end tests, document outcomes, and coordinate with GTM teams to align monetization with user acquisition and brand. Fluent English required for high-signal written specs.

Qualifications

• A track record of monetization focused work in consumer products.
• Experience designing and running monetization experiments with clear metrics.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Proven ability to write precise specs and ship features quickly.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue per install and web funnel value.
• Run end-to-end monetization experiments (paywalls, pricing, offers, trials).
• Begin from playbooks and scale successful patterns.
• Prioritize changes with the highest revenue impact.
• Maintain a steady cadence of live tests and pipeline planning.
• Write concise specs for triggers, AB tests, and decision rules.
• Collaborate with GTM teams and feed monetization signals to acquisition/pricing.
• Work with product, engineering, and CEO; participate in idea formation.
