Job summary

ODP Business Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to perform distribution-related tasks such as order filling, packing, shipping, and receiving within a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

The role requires basic English communication, light to heavy lifting, and familiarity with Word/Excel. A high school diploma is preferred, with 1 year of related experience being advantageous. Flexible scheduling is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic ability to communicate in English, verbal and written.
• Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Basic computer skills (internet, keyboard, documents).
• Ability to lift 70 lbs regularly, up to 150 lbs infrequently.
• Push/pull/grasp and fine manipulation of equipment throughout shift.
• Experience with Word and Excel at a basic level.

Responsibilities

• Perform distribution-related functions across tasks such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
• Operate a pallet jack to move products when needed.
• Maintain a safe work environment through housekeeping and safety practices.
• Demonstrate commitment to company values and teamwork.
• Interact with supervisors and teams to exchange task information.
• Contribute ideas for continuous improvements in the distribution process.
• Work in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.
