The role requires healthcare scheduling experience and strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to cover closing shifts and utilize Microsoft Office tools.

Qualifications

• Healthcare scheduling experience is required.
• Experience in pediatric or adult therapy is preferred but not required.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to cover closing shift when needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Resolve new and ongoing scheduling requests and changes.
• Assist Reception with coverage as needed.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure proper care for clients.
• Maintain and update client records and information.
• Communicate with clients regarding appointments, procedures, and inquiries.
• Collaborate with insurance companies to verify coverage and obtain authorizations.
