Job summary

Reliant Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver SLP services in skilled nursing and rehabilitation settings. You will screen, evaluate, develop and implement treatment plans, and discharge planning in collaboration with facility staff.

The role emphasizes evidence-based care, compliance with state and federal regulations, and ongoing professional development through mentoring and CE opportunities. Requires Master’s in SLP and active state license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license.
• Experience in clinical settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Improve patients’ communication, cognitive-linguistic, and swallowing abilities through direct speech therapy.
• Contribute to development of a robust SLP program.
• Maintain licensure and stay current with practice guidelines.
• Deliver care adhering to clinical and regulatory standards.
• Ensure patient care aligns with treatment goals and outcomes.
• Uphold infection control and safety protocols.
