Mo' Bettahs is hiring for Prep/Back of House in Gilbert, AZ. Join our casual, fast-paced kitchen and help prepare food, keep the station clean, and follow our food-safety policies. We welcome eager learners and offer on-the-job training to help you grow within the team.

Ideal candidates are friendly, flexible, and team-oriented, with availability for early shifts and the willingness to work in a dynamic restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Early Availability, usually 6:00 am start time.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food and maintain a tidy work area and kitchen.
• Wash dishes and handle basic kitchen duties.
• Follow proper food handling and kitchen policies.
• Assist with operational tasks to keep the operation running smoothly.
• Learn and grow with available training and support.
