Timberland Partners is seeking a Property Manager for a 285-unit community in South Tulsa, OK. You will oversee staffing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations to maximize occupancy and income.

Responsibilities include leasing, budget preparation, and implementing marketing strategies while ensuring high standards of property appearance and tenant satisfaction. On-site leadership and customer-focused operations are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management is required.
• Supervisory or leasing experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the community rental rates to maximize income.
• Address resident complaints, concerns and requests appropriately.
• Maintain the community’s appearance and ensure maintenance is reported and completed.
• Implement creative marketing initiatives as prescribed by the Marketing Department.
• Review applications, prepare leases, and complete paperwork.
• Ensure apartment is ready for move-in on the specified date.
• Orient new residents to the community.
• Prepare annual budgets.
• Ensure deposits and rent payments are collected on time.
• Set the on-site staff work schedule.
• Lead by example and support staff development.
