Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Malden, MA is seeking an entry-level Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations, move parts, and assist with shipping and receiving. This on-site role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years in manufacturing or warehousing who is dependable and eager to learn.

You will collaborate with production and logistics, maintain accurate records in warehouse systems, and help keep the facility safe and organized.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or related experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily flow of materials in and out of the warehouse.
• Move parts, supplies, and finished goods between production areas, shipping, and storage.
• Support shipping and receiving activities including packaging, labeling, and preparing materials for transport.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and transactions in warehouse systems.
• Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and safe in compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Operate material handling equipment (with training/certification provided as needed).
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
• Provide general support to warehouse and production teams as needed.
