Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace in Malden, MA is seeking an entry-level Material Handler to support daily warehouse operations. The role involves moving parts, assisting shipping/receiving, and keeping records updated to maintain production flow.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehouse settings, strong teamwork, and good communication skills. On-site work with potential training for equipment operation and ITAR/EAR compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or related experience (manufacturing environment preferred).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be able to perform work subject to ITAR/EAR regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily flow of materials in and out of the warehouse.
• Move parts, supplies, and finished goods between production areas, shipping, and storage.
• Support shipping and receiving activities including packaging, labeling, and preparing materials for transport.
• Maintain accurate records of materials and transactions in warehouse systems.
• Keep warehouse areas organized, clean, and safe in compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure materials are delivered on time.
• Operate material handling equipment (with training/certification provided as needed).
• Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
• Provide general support to warehouse and production teams as needed.
