Job summary

Adecco is seeking reliable Material Handlers to support manufacturing operations in Devens, MA or Clinton, MA. This full-time role offers multiple shifts, with duties including receiving, storing, moving and issuing materials and maintaining inventory accuracy in a safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or inventory environment preferred.
• Experience with barcode scanners and inventory tracking systems is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and willingness to learn inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, move, and issue materials used in production.
• Perform dock-to-stock activities, requisitions, transfers, kit handling, and related transactions.
• Accurately process inventory transactions using scanners, computers, and inventory management systems.
• Conduct routine cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Support warehouse and manufacturing operations to ensure continuous workflow.
• Adhere to all safety policies and keep the work environment clean and organized.
• Assist with additional warehouse and manufacturing duties as needed, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.
