ADP, Inc. in Louisville, KY, is seeking a Marketing and Public Relations Manager to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive growth across Milestones organizations.

The role blends marketing strategy, sales funnel development, digital marketing, public relations, community engagement, and brand management. You will build systems to convert awareness into referrals, admissions, and customers while maintaining a positive

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field.
Three to five years of marketing experience.
Experience with CRM software.
Strong writing and editing skills.
Graphic design experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience with email marketing platforms.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management abilities.

Manage all online marketing efforts including SEO, Google Business profiles, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Analytics reporting.
Develop and maintain an engaging social media presence.
Creating monthly content calendars and visuals; publishing content across platforms.
Growing followers and highlighting participant success stories.
Develop high-quality content including blogs, articles, newsletters, press releases, educational materials, recruitment campaigns, employer branding, videos, infographics, annual reports, and guides.
Serve as the organization's public relations representative by building relationships with local media and coordinating interviews.
Represent the organization at community events and develop strategic partnerships.
Track and report website traffic, social growth, CAC, conversion rates, and ROI.
