Job summary

Ally Logistics is seeking an Account Development Coordinator to support ADRs and AEs in Grand Rapids, MI. You will manage same-day freight, secure spot opportunities, and keep shipments updated with POD/BOL documentation to ensure timely invoicing.

You will work closely with Operations to improve coverage across accounts, utilize technology for data gathering, and gradually take on additional responsibilities like load building and customer updates.

Responsibilities

• Assist in securing spot freight opportunities with ADR/AE teams.
• Coordinate same-day/hot shipments and post to load boards.
• Track and update shipments; collect POD, BOL, and docs for invoicing.
• Collaborate with ADRs, AEs and Operations to ensure coverage.
• Leverage technology to enhance data collection and coverage.
• Handle account support and gradually take on load building and scheduling.
• Maintain and improve operational efficiency for ADR and AE accounts.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships; address issues promptly.
