Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or sales environments.
• Ability to advise customers on product selection and pricing.
• Experience handling orders and coordinating delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with product selection, pricing and availability.
• Provide estimates and quotes for small package items and services.
• Enter orders and schedule deliveries to customers.
• Meet daily, weekly and project-related productivity goals.
• Coordinate customer workshops and resolve simple complaints.
