Qualifications

• 5+ years in Operations Manager, General Manager, or senior leadership roles.
• Experience in the home services industry is required.
• Proven ability to lead multiple departments and large teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall branch operation across HVAC, Plumbing, Customer Service, Dispatch, Tech / Install teams.
• Build and maintain a high-performing leadership team focused on accountability and results.
• Foster culture through daily huddles, meetings, coaching, and employee engagement.
• Partner with Recruiting to ensure strong hiring pipelines across all departments.
• Oversee processes to ensure service, sales, installation, and operations standards.
• Review KPIs, branch scorecards, and financials to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Manage P&L and ensure revenue, margin, and efficiency targets are met.
• Maintain customer satisfaction, online reviews, and NPS performance.
