Job summary

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is looking for a Food Runner/Busser to connect the dining room with the kitchen and ensure a smooth, high-energy guest experience. You will greet guests, answer questions, and help reset tables while supporting the front-of-house team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival.
• Answer guest questions regarding the menu and KPOT brand.
• Provide information regarding menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Listen to guests to ensure their needs are met.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Observe table turnover and monitor cleanliness.
• Reset tables quickly to transition between guests.
• Inform management of large parties or guest concerns.
• Communicate with kitchen staff about allergy orders.
• Maintain a positive and hospitality-focused attitude.
• Multi-task between bar and dining room orders.
• Be a team player and help others as needed.
• Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
