Job summary

KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot is hiring a Food Runner/Busser to act as the bridge between dining room and kitchen, ensuring a smooth, high-energy guest experience. The role suits someone who enjoys interactions and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You will support front-of-house operations, monitor table turnover, and help reset tables quickly while coordinating with kitchen staff on orders and allergies. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Answer guest questions regarding menu and brand.
• Provide accurate information on menu, pricing, hours, promotions, and policies.
• Listen to guests to ensure needs are met.
• Assist with side work and opening/closing tasks.
• Monitor table turnover and table cleanliness.
• Reset tables quickly to transition seating.
• Inform management of large parties or guest concerns.
• Communicate allergy orders clearly with kitchen staff.
• Maintain a positive, hospitality-focused attitude at all times.
• Multi-task between bar and dining room orders.
• Support team members to ensure guest satisfaction.
