Bank of America is hiring for a Financial Center Client Associate to serve as the first point of contact for clients, uncover personal banking needs, and connect clients with specialists. You will deepen client relationships through platform services and support self-service transactions.

You will proactively engage clients via outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-up routines, with opportunities to train at a location and potentially transfer within a reasonable commuting distance.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience in a relationship-oriented and client-centric environment.
• Energetic self-starter with a strong work ethic and results focus.
• Collaborates effectively to get things done and build relationships.
• Shows passion, commitment and drive to improve clients' financial lives.
• Confident in identifying solutions for clients based on their needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging clients in person and by phone.
• Learns and adapts to new information and changing circumstances.
• Applies critical thinking to meet client needs.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Notary commission or ability to obtain one within a few months of start date.
• Available to work weekends or extended hours at multiple centers.
