Bank of America is seeking a Financial Center professional to serve as the first point of contact for clients, helping uncover personal and small business needs and directing them to the right banking solutions. You will deepen client relationships through platform services, support self-service and basic transactions, and maintain a high standard of client care.

This in-office role requires proactive outbound engagement, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends or extended hours

Formación

• Minimum of one year demonstrated sales experience in a relationship-oriented environment
• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Able to learn and adapt to new information and technology platforms
• Notary commission within a few months of start date (if applicable)
• Must be able to work weekends and extended hours
