Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends business strategy with people leadership to drive sales and deliver best-in-class service.

You will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing routines, and ensure efficient processes while applying creative floorset updates and product knowledge. You will lead recruiting, training, development, and engagement, coach non-management staff, build strong teams, and promote from within to grow into future store

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
