You will drive sales by analyzing performance, guiding staff, and delivering best-in-class customer service on the sales floor and behind the scenes. The role emphasizes recruiting and training, with strong emphasis on brand knowledge, floor sets, and omnichannel fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and ability to lead a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coach others and build a positive team environment.
• Detail-oriented with ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced store.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom while ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and exemplify company culture and values.
