Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy with people leadership and store operations.

You will open/close the store, supervise the sales floor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, and train the team while driving sales and delivering best-in-class service. You’ll leverage product knowledge and visual standards, perform inventory control, and operate POS systems while representing the brand and upholding company culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
