Job summary

Caribou Coffee Blaine, MN is hiring an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to grow future leaders and think strategically about the store, district, and Caribou as a whole. You will partner with the General Manager to operate the store and make an impact on the team and community.

This role emphasizes leading with our core values, cash and inventory controls, service excellence, and coaching others. You’ll develop daily, weekly, and monthly routines while learning the Profit & Loss and preparing

Qualifications

1-3 years of prior restaurant/retail experience requiring strong customer service commitment and orientation.
Ability to work at least one of the following: early mornings, evenings, some holidays and/or weekends.
Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with ease, enthusiasm and excellence.
Is responsible for developing their understanding of the business to the level of a General Manager over the course of a year.
