Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends strategy, operations, and people leadership to drive sales and customer service.

You’ll oversee daily store operations, support openings and closings, and lead on-floor styling and product knowledge. You’ll recruit, train, and engage the team, manage staffing and payroll, and create compelling visual displays while analyzing reports to guide decisions.

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
