Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy with hands-on store leadership. You will drive sales by analyzing performance, coaching staff, and delivering best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, supervising salesfloor and stockroom, staffing and payroll, training non-management, and maintaining visual displays while upholding brand culture and values. Growth from within is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and pay attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team building and coaching ability.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
