Job summary

Team Lyders is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, develop team members, manage financials, and uphold the store’s culture, safety, and success. This role prepares you for General Manager responsibilities while driving growth.

You’ll recruit, train, and coach staff, supervise scheduling, inventory, and safety compliance, and ensure a consistent guest experience that aligns with Taco Bell brand standards across our Mid-West locations.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in QSR or retail environments
