Job summary

Court 16 in Boston’s Allston neighborhood is seeking an Assistant Club Manager who can oversee daily operations, elevate member experiences, and partner with the Club Manager to build a culture rooted in inclusion and excellence.

You’ll lead on the floor, support staffing and training, help with enrollment and events, and coordinate with Tennis, Operations, and Digital Marketing to deliver exceptional service to every member.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer-facing leadership, management, or operations role.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, take initiative, and solve problems.
• Passion for community, wellness, and delivering high-quality member experiences.
• Familiarity with Mindbody or HubSpot CRM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with the Club Manager to ensure smooth scheduling and staff coordination.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and service throughout the club.
• Lead on-floor performance, reinforce training standards, and assist with hiring and onboarding.
• Support enrollment, retention, and execution of local marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Tennis, Operations, and Digital Marketing to enhance member experience.
