Job summary

Ledgent, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk in Livermore, onsite, to support growth across the U.S. You will process high-volume AP invoices, track expenses, and reconcile bank activity, while maintaining vendor documentation.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree in Accounting, with GAAP knowledge, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. You will join a collaborative team focused on accuracy, inventory control, and month-end close support.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting required; bachelor’s preferred.
• GAAP understanding and general accounting principles.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume accounts payable invoices daily.
• Track and maintain invoices, expenses, and warranty documentation.
• Review and process employee expense reports and check requests.
• Perform monthly inventory counts and reconciliations with Inventory Specialist.
• Complete bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Generate AP aging reports and vendor documentation in CRM.
• Prepare financial reports and supporting schedules as requested.
• Assist with month-end close activities and accounting projects.
• Support office operations and cross-functional initiatives.
