Job summary

Tom Prunty - State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Representative to support daily operations and help customers achieve their goals. You will grow the agency through meaningful relationships and proactive service.

You will develop leads, schedule appointments, explain product options, process policy changes, and deliver friendly, timely service. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential for a stable career with an established agency.

Qualifications

Experience in sales preferred.
Experience in managing customer relationships preferred.
Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service-oriented and attentive to client needs.
Ability to relate well to a diverse customer base.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market products and services to help meet those needs.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service across inquiries and billing questions.
Promote long-lasting customer relations.
