Tom Prunty State Farm Agent is seeking an Account Manager to support daily operations and customer success. You will nurture customer relationships and act as a liaison between clients and agent office departments.

You will market relevant products to meet client needs, conduct policy reviews, and resolve complex issues while upholding a high standard of service. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; no weekend work is mentioned here but flexibility is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
