Job summary

PIMCO invites an Account Associate to support Growth Markets Account Managers in business development and investor relations for ETFs, Model Portfolios, and SMAs in the US Private Wealth market. You will generate outbound sales activity and answer inquiries from GWM clients and advisors.

Working with GWM, Portfolio Management and Product Strategy, you will prepare for meetings, manage CRM queries, maintain the pipeline, and assist with special projects to advance Growth Markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or computer science or related field.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses are required.
• 1–2 years in asset or wealth management internal sales or business development.
• Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends; CRM experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; client service orientation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with relationship development.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support Growth Markets Account Managers in business development and client service.
• Prepare client reports, marketing collateral, and meetings for advisors and clients.
• Oversee ETF/Model Portfolio/SMA sales analytics and lead pipeline reporting.
• Coordinate with internal teams; deliver timely updates and education for advisors.
• Contribute to team meetings and training sessions; drive cross-functional initiatives.
