Job summary

PIMCO in New York seeks an Account Associate to support Growth Markets Account Managers in business development and investor relations for ETFs, Model Portfolios, and SMAs for the US Private Wealth marketplace.

You will collaborate with GWM, Portfolio Management and Product Strategy, manage CRM queries, prepare reports, and help drive new business initiatives while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or related field.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses required.
• 1–2 years in asset or wealth management or internal sales/business development.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed on financial markets and asset allocation to support sales activities.
• Assist Growth Markets Account Managers and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Deliver timely support through client reports, marketing collateral, and follow-up with advisors and clients.
• Engage with AM internal teams, provide updates, education, and content.
• Oversee ETF/Model Portfolio/SMA sales analytics and lead generation lists.
