Job summary

PIMCO Ltd. – Pacific Investment Management Company in the US Growth Markets team is seeking an Account Associate to support account managers in business development and investor relations for ETFs, model portfolios, and SMAs.

You will interact with senior leadership, coordinate CRM data, prepare reports, and contribute to marketing collateral and new business initiatives, while building strong client relationships and advancing growth across private wealth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in finance, economics, mathematics, computer science or related field.
• Possession of FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses.
• Minimum 1–2 years of professional asset/wealth management experience in internal sales or business development.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends with CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with client service focus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Stay informed on financial markets, asset allocation and investment vehicles.
• Assist Growth Markets Account Managers and serve as SME for GWM Account Managers.
• Deliver timely support with client reports, marketing collateral and advisor follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams and keep AM focus goals and initiatives updated.
• Oversee ETF/Model Portfolios/SMA sales analytics and lead/demand reports.
• Assist in creating and distributing internal communications.
• Help organize AM/AA trainings and prepare presentation materials.
• Participate in meetings, work groups and contribute innovative ideas.
• Develop a long-term career with PIMCO across roles.
