Title: Labor Analytics Data Analyst
Location: 100% Remote - flexibility to work EST hours
Duration: 6 month contract, FTE/perm conversion possible
Compensation: $48-$54/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Labor Analytics Data Analyst with expertise in Power BI and Excel to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving strategic decision-making and enhancing operational efficiency through robust labor analytics and financial reporting. This person will design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and Excel models to support labor analytics and financial reporting.
As a key member of the team, you will support the Technology Department by developing data models, establishing baseline KPIs, tracking performance metrics, and crafting compelling data narratives that explain the impact of technology enhancements on labor efficiency and cost optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in analytical storytelling and data-driven decision-making. They will translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders through visual storytelling.
