Base pay range

$48.00/hr - $54.00/hr

Title: Labor Analytics Data Analyst

Location: 100% Remote - flexibility to work EST hours

Duration: 6 month contract, FTE/perm conversion possible

Compensation: $48-$54/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Healthcare benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, financial protection benefits, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options. 401k retirement account access is offered starting on the 90th day with employer matching after one year of service. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in Data Analysis (3+ years of experience in financial analysis, labor analytics, or business intelligence roles).
Experience designing and develop interactive Power BI dashboards, including advanced visualizations such as scatter plots to analyze relationships between labor metrics and financial performance.
Use scatter plots and other visual tools to identify trends, outliers, and correlations in workforce data, supporting data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define use cases where scatter plots and other statistical visuals can provide deeper insights into labor efficiency and technology impact.
Build and maintain data models and visualizations that support exploratory analysis and performance tracking.
Optimize Power BI reports for performance, including data refresh strategies, query optimization, and efficient data modeling.
Experience working with KPIs, data visualization, and storytelling through financial data.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience in workforce and labor optimization- Knowledge of labor management systems (LMS) or workforce management platforms.
Familiarity with DAX and Power BI Service (publishing, sharing, and managing reports).
