Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent marketing experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ecommerce or retail.
• Advanced Shopify CRO experience.
• Proven Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon SEO, A+ content and PPC management.
• Strong data analytics and ability to translate data into revenue-driving actions.
• Bilingual in Korean and English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Channel Strategy and Growth: Design, lead and optimize overarching digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and increase LTV.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Own the Shopify buyer journey with CRO, analyze traffic, run A/B tests, and apply merchandising tactics.
• Marketplace Domination (Amazon): Manage Amazon presence, SEO keywords, A+ content, and PPC budgets to capture market share.
• Affiliate Network Expansion: Recruit influencers, negotiate commissions, scale affiliate programs as a revenue driver.
• Data-Driven Content Leadership: Develop high-level SEO and lifecycle content strategies; translate data into actionable insights to hit revenue targets.
