You will own digital marketing strategies, CRO on Shopify, and Amazon Vendor Central initiatives while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The role demands data-driven decision making, SEO mastery, and the ability to scale campaigns to hit revenue targets in a fast-paced commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with Marketing focus or equivalent marketing experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing with e-com or retail.
• Advanced Shopify storefront management with CRO focus.
• Proven track record scaling Amazon Vendor Central accounts with SEO, A+ content and PPC.
• Strong data analytics, ability to translate reports into revenue strategies.
• Solid understanding of technical and on-page SEO for organic growth.
• Able to manage budgets and hit ROI targets autonomously.
• Bilingual Korean and English is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Channel Strategy and Growth: design and optimize digital marketing to drive acquisition and LTV.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: own Shopify buyer journey, run A/B testing, optimize merchandising.
• Marketplace Domination (Amazon): manage SEO, A+ content, and PPC budgets to grow market share.
• Affiliate Network Expansion: recruit influencers, negotiate commissions, scale programs.
• Data-Driven Content Leadership: develop SEO and lifecycle content strategies from data insights.
