Job summary

Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP is seeking a marketing professional to join the Growth team from our Denver office. The role focuses on proposal development, digital presence, and marketing execution to support firm growth and transformation efforts, including AI-enabled tools and automation.

The incumbent will help manage proposals, improve brand visibility, coordinate content calendars, and develop reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in marketing operations, proposal management, digital marketing, or growth/BD operations within a professional services firm.
• Experience supporting or executing proposal processes under deadlines.
• Experience building and maintaining dashboards, analytics, and performance insights.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and metadata optimization.
• Experience developing and managing social media strategy and content calendars.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal development with rapid turnaround times and urgent requests.
• Coordinate proposal intake, prioritization, workflow, and stakeholder communication.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver clear, high‑quality client deliverables.
• Contribute to improvements in proposal processes using automation and AI tools.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for proposal activities, pipeline visibility, and SEO performance.
• Monitor engagement and campaign performance across digital channels.
