You will support proposal coordination, content management, client engagement activities, and event support, ensuring data integrity and timely communications across the firm. A strong marketing background and attention to detail are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing or proposal coordination experience, preferably in the AEC industry.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote).
• Experience coordinating proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Support business development and marketing through proposal coordination, content management, client engagement activities, and special event support.
• Develop and produce high-quality proposals, manage marketing data and resources, and coordinate communications.
