Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or growth in professional services.
• Experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards and analytics frameworks.
• Strong understanding of SEO best practices, keyword strategy, and metadata optimization.
• Experience developing and managing social media strategy and content calendars.
• Familiarity with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
• Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Proposal Operations & Process Management: support rapid proposal development and coordination.
• Brand Visibility: collaborate on growth initiatives, website performance, and SEO efforts.
• Social Media & Digital Marketing: plan content calendars and monitor campaign performance.
