Job summary

Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP is seeking a motivated marketing professional to support proposal development, event coordination, and marketing operations within a Growth team. The role includes administration across digital marketing, content management, CRM administration, and special projects.

You will contribute to multiple initiatives, manage logistics, and collaborate with teams and firm leadership in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of marketing, proposals, event coordination, or related work in a professional services or B2B setting.
• Experience supporting proposal development and managing multiple deadlines.
• Experience coordinating events, meetings, or client programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development and production of proposals, presentations, and client materials.
• Manage proposal requests, timelines, deadlines and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain content, templates, and marketing collateral for consistency.
• Support CRM data entry, reporting, and marketing communications.
• Coordinate logistics for firm-sponsored events and client programs.
