Constellation, a NYC-based AI and marketing tech company, is seeking a Growth Specialist to drive paid social, paid search, and programmatic campaigns for 50+ clients. The role blends strategic insight with hands-on campaign management in a fast-paced, hybrid environment at One World Trade Center.

You will build monthly campaigns, optimize weekly, create client reports, monitor KPIs, and work with internal teams to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience with paid social and paid search.
• Strong interpersonal and data presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, resourceful team player who can work independently.
• Learn, master, and provide valuable feedback for our platform.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute paid social/search campaigns monthly to meet client goals.
• Optimize campaigns weekly to meet objectives and KPIs.
• Create monthly reports and strategic insights for clients.
• Continuously monitor campaigns to ensure KPIs are met.
• Manage media spend and allocate budgets to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Present metrics and campaign results to clients.
