Job summary

Evlo AI in Miami seeks a hands‑on SEO/SEM specialist to own search visibility, manage six‑figure paid budgets, and drive pipeline across products. You’ll work on keyword tooling, dashboards, and optimization with content, web, and demand-gen teams to compound results.

Responsibilities include crafting technical SEO roadmaps, running paid search campaigns, A/B tests, and reporting ROI and CAC in GA4 dashboards. A strong analytical mindset and marketing degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of combined SEO and SEM experience
• Proficient with Google Ads, Search Console, GA4, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
• Track record of growing organic traffic and managing six-figure paid search budgets
• Working knowledge of HTML, CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and technical SEO fundamentals
• Strong analytic skills with reporting and budget justification
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
• Bonus: programmatic SEO, content ops, marketing automation or SQL; Google Ads/Analytics certs

Responsibilities

• Own the SEO roadmap: audits, keyword strategy, on-page optimization, content briefs
• Build and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Bing/Microsoft Advertising
• Run experiments on landing pages, ad copy, and SERP features; measure lift
• Monitor Core Web Vitals, crawlability, structured data, and indexation with engineers
• Build dashboards in GA4/Looker Studio to report on organic traffic, paid search ROI, CAC
• Manage SEM budget allocations and reallocate based on performance
• Stay current on algorithm updates and AI-driven search trends
