Jones Road Beauty is seeking a Growth Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Montclair, NJ. You will support day-to-day paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin, handling budget pacing, testing, and reporting.

The role is hands-on, requiring 2–3 years in performance marketing, with strong Excel/Sheets skills and familiarity with attribution tools. You’ll collaborate with Creative and Analytics teams and grow into owning tests and channel decisions.

Formación

• 2–3 years of hands-on paid media experience at a DTC brand or a performance marketing agency.
• Hands-on experience in Meta Ads Manager; Google Ads experience strongly preferred; TikTok and AppLovin a plus.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; comfortable turning raw campaign data into clean reporting and clear insights.

Responsabilidades

• Support day-to-day management of paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and AppLovin, including budget pacing, bid and audience adjustments, and performance monitoring.
• Help plan and execute creative and audience tests alongside the Growth Marketing Manager and Creative team, and track results so learnings feed back into future briefs.
• Monitor live campaigns daily and flag underdelivery, overspend, pacing issues, rejected ads, and tracking errors early.
• Stay current on platform updates and new features across Meta, Google, TikTok, AppLovin, and emerging channels.
• Own recurring performance and pacing reports covering new customer reach, CAC, ROAS, acquisition volume, and spend pacing.
