Collaborate with Ecommerce, Content Marketing, and Consumer Engagement to translate performance insights into actionable recommendations, manage budgets, tracking, and reporting, while staying current with platform updates.

Qualifications

3–5 years of paid media, digital marketing, ecommerce, or related field.
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Axxon or other platforms.
Experience with campaign tracking, conversion pixels, and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-driven mindset.
Experience in beauty or consumer brands is preferred.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage day-to-day paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads and other platforms.
Set up campaigns, audiences, budgets, creative, and tracking with the digital team.
Monitor performance and optimize based on goals and trends.
Maintain calendars, documentation, budgets, and reporting.
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
