Cookie Finance, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Specialist to own lead generation and nurture through email marketing and our affiliate program.

You’ll manage campaigns from planning through reporting, run day-to-day affiliate operations (including payouts), and use HubSpot to keep our pipeline healthy and data clean and usable. Reporting to the Director of Marketing and collaborating with the CEO, you’ll shape how the program scales—from onboarding to tracking and payouts.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in email marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations.
• Solid HubSpot experience and ability to work with affiliate programs.
• Strong written communication and data-driven mindset.
• Bonus: basic HTML/CSS for email editing.

Responsabilités

• Manage affiliate program daily: recruit, onboard, support affiliates, and track performance to flag high performers.
• Plan, build, and send email campaigns (newsletters, updates) and automated nurtures; run A/B tests to improve results.
• Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, lead scoring, and segmentation; keep data accurate and compliant.
• Report on key metrics (lead volume, conversions, email performance, affiliate revenue, cost per lead) and recommend improvements to the team.
• Collaborate with Sales to define lead qualifications and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Process affiliate commissions and payouts accurately and on schedule using our platform.
