Trend Capital Holdings, Inc. is seeking a proactive Business & Marketing Specialist to support a range of marketing and business initiatives. You will assist with campaign creation, affiliate setup, seeding, and partner coordination to drive growth.

The role emphasizes organization, attention to detail, and strong communication as you work across marketing, business development, finance, and other teams. Experience in performance marketing or affiliate programs is a plus.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience or education in marketing, business, communications, advertising, sales operations or related field.
• Interest in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, lead generation, or consumer finance.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail when reviewing campaign data and links.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, web platforms, reporting tools, and technology.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with creating, launching, and maintaining marketing campaigns across internal and affiliate platforms.
• Support affiliate and partner setup including configuration and launch readiness.
• Coordinate campaign seeding efforts and track progress and results.
• Enter and maintain accurate campaign details: offers, pricing, tracking links, targets, creative assets, partner information.
• Test tracking links, landing pages, forms, and campaign flows.
• Monitor campaign activity and identify performance issues or improvement opportunities.
• Maintain records of campaigns, affiliates, partners, launch dates, and performance.
• Prepare reports and summaries related to campaign activity and affiliate performance.
• Use AI tools to support research, organize information, draft content, and improve workflow.
• Coordinate with business development, marketing, finance and other teams to ensure timely task completion.
• Track outstanding requests, deadlines, and action items to keep projects moving forward.
• Take on additional marketing and business projects as needs evolve.
