The role requires writing excellence, project management, and the ability to lead multiple campaigns across channels, including collateral, digital ads, websites, and social posts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business
• Experience with writing professional communications
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize large, detailed project requirements and schedules
• Detail oriented with proofreading and layout review
• Strong people skills for internal and external Credit Union communications
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to the Credit Union's core values and Service Standards
• Collaborates with internal business units to develop growth & retention strategies
• Responsible for collateral materials, digital ads, videos, website content, newsletter blurbs, social media posts, event planning and onboarding
• Assists in creation of marketing collateral and communications including design, copywriting, proofreading
• Works with agency partners to ensure campaigns align with initiatives
• Ensures branding integrity in all external advertising and communications
• Reviews campaign performance metrics and provides optimization recommendations
• Performs marketing and demographic research and keeps up with industry trends
• Prepares targeted marketing lists and reporting using MCIF/CRM systems
