About the Role


We're seeking a strategic, data-driven Growth Marketing Specialist to join our lifecycle marketing team on a contract basis. This role focuses on reactivation-bringing back customers who have disengaged-with smart, personalized marketing campaigns that span email, in-app messaging, and digital ads.



You'll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, analytics, and engineering to develop and optimize multi-channel campaigns. If you love using automation platforms, analyzing campaign performance, and building processes that scale, this is your chance to make a measurable impact.




What You'll Do:




Execute lifecycle marketing strategies focused on reactivating small- and medium-sized business customers



  • Build and launch high-impact email and digital campaigns using marketing automation tools

  • Design, test, and iterate on campaigns using A/B and multivariate testing

  • Collaborate with product, operations, data, and creative teams to refine messaging and target segmentation

  • Analyze performance metrics (open/click/conversion rates) and translate insights into action

  • Manage project timelines, QA workflows, and documentation updates




What We're Looking For:




  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with complex email and marketing automation campaigns

  • Familiarity with platforms like Braze, Iterable, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, SendGrid, or similar

  • Strong grasp of lifecycle marketing, CRM strategy, and customer segmentation

  • Experience using reporting tools such as Tableau (SQL a plus)

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns at once

  • Bonus: experience in B2B marketing or multilingual campaign execution
