Job summary
Unify Consulting is seeking a Practice Manager to drive account growth, lead complex consulting engagements, and develop consultants within the Growth & Marketing Practice. The PM will partner with account, sales, and leadership to deliver exceptional client outcomes and advance Unify's consulting capabilities.
The ideal candidate brings strong consulting experience, proven success managing executive stakeholder relationships, and a track record in solution sales and growth across revenue
Qualifications
- 5+ years of consulting experience.
- Proven success managing executive stakeholder relationships.
- Track record of contributing to solution sales and account growth.
- Experience coaching, mentoring, and developing consulting professionals.
- Excellent executive communication and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities
- Drive account growth by identifying client needs and opportunities for transformation.
- Develop trusted relationships with executive and senior stakeholders.
- Partner with account, sales, and solution leaders to expand consulting services.
- Contribute to client conversations, opportunity qualification, and proposal development.
- Lead discussions with senior clients on growth, operations, and transformation.
- Identify opportunities to expand Unify's footprint within clients.
- Lead complex engagements with a focus on measurable outcomes and client success.
- Mentor consultants to strengthen delivery and career growth.
- Support renewals, extensions, and expansion opportunities.
