This early hire will shape how we scale marketing learnings across a fast-growing healthcare startup. You’ll work with AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive tasks, build systems, and drive results with data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in consumer marketing across multiple channels.
• Experience building workstreams or programs from scratch, not just inheriting them.
• Track record of using AI tools to automate workflows and scale output.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing programs across paid, owned, and lifecycle channels.
• Write copy, run campaigns, build reporting, and be accountable for results.
• Develop and optimize content workflows and campaign infrastructure for high-volume output.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and drive performance.
