Job summary

Viant is seeking a Growth Marketing Coordinator to support daily operations of our growth initiatives. You’ll help manage campaigns, track budgets, and maintain swag inventory, working with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery.

You will use Asana and Google Suite to organize tasks, document progress, and provide regular updates to the Growth Marketing Manager. A detail-oriented mindset and strong communication are essential to succeed at Viant.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing operations or project management.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient with Asana, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced environment and shifting priorities.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project documentation for growth initiatives.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and schedules to meet deadlines.
• Oversee budgets and inventory for campaigns and swag.
• Track progress using Asana and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Provide regular status updates to Growth Marketing Manager.
• Support events production and email marketing needs.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely deliverables.
• Assist with data tracking and reporting for optimization.
