Job summary

Viant is seeking a Growth Marketing Coordinator in New York to support daily operations and project management for our growth initiatives. You will help manage timelines, budgets, swag inventory, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure campaigns run on time and within budget.

You will document processes, track progress in Asana, support events and email marketing, and provide regular updates to leadership. The role emphasizes organization and proactive problem-solving.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or a related role.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in project management tools, specifically Asana, and comfortable working within Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• High attention to detail, particularly with budgets, inventories, and schedules.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project documentation for team members and leadership.
• Manage project timelines and schedules for growth marketing initiatives, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee budgets for campaigns and track spending to stay within financial constraints.
• Maintain swag inventory and ensure items are stocked, accounted for, and shipped as needed.
• Support tasks and workflows in Asana to track progress and assign responsibilities.
